Which models are under 500 Wh?
Every current model in this range, smallest first. The last two columns are calculated runtimes from a full charge (capacity × 85% ÷ draw): a Wi-Fi router at 20 W and a full-size fridge at 200 W with a 0.33 duty cycle. "—" means the inverter can't start the fridge's compressor.

What do official documents say about flying with a power station?
The FAA's own power-station poster says devices over 160 Wh are not allowed on passenger aircraft, and units under 160 Wh must stay in the cabin. Only 1 of the 56 current models we track is under 160 Wh: the BLUETTI Elite 10 Mini (128 Wh), and above 100 Wh it still needs airline approval.
Do Not Pack Power Stations in Checked Baggage (PackSafe poster, landscape)
FAA rules for spare lithium batteries have three tiers: up to 100 Wh is allowed, 101–160 Wh needs airline approval (two at most), and anything over 160 Wh is banned from both carry-on and checked bags.
Spare Lithium-Ion Batteries and Power Banks Must Be Carried On (PackSafe packing poster, landscape)
Federal hazmat rules (49 CFR 175.10) let you carry up to two spare lithium-ion batteries of 101–160 Wh for a portable medical device such as a CPAP, with airline approval, in carry-on only.
49 CFR 175.10 – Exceptions for passengers, crewmembers, and air operators
